Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

For all other items, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn

  • In original packaging

  • In resaleable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@ateliersonatte.com within 48 hours of delivery.


We may request a photo of the issue for quality control purposes.

You may choose:

  • A replacement

  • A refund

 

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Please allow 3–7 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank.
